History

Since its inception in 2003, Accolade Construction Group has established a recognized name for itself in the New York building market. Accolade is an extension of a sister company which was originally formed in 1995. It was founded by owner and CEO, Faisal Ahmed.

The company’s earlier focus was primarily geared toward commercial building and expanded into upscale, luxury residential. Accolade has now positioned itself as a full service firm marketing the metropolitan area in all facets of construction, design and clientele.

Accolade has over 40 years combined experience in the real estate, construction & design industry. Each member of our organization is licensed, certified or trained in his/her respective field specialty. Accolade’s in house team consists of: a design staff (architects, interior designers, kitchen & bath planners), engineering unit, & construction management department. Our company reputation boasts of our skill in completing specialty projects in a professional and timely manner, with rewarding results.

Specialties range from feasibility studies, site work, demolition, remediation, high end office and showroom fit-outs, turn-key restaurant operation, residential ground-up development, institutional build-outs for the medical, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
